The life-transforming PCA experience begins with a strong spiritual and academic foundation provided by our inspiring and nurturing teachers and staff. Our small class sizes allow for teachers to develop impacting relationships with each and every student and family that often develops into life-long relationships.
Engaging each and every student in the learning process begins with the teacher. At PCA, our dedicated and highly relational faculty members understand how to create passion for learning that inspires students to want to learn more. Infusing a Biblical worldview across the curriculum, our teachers are taught to think critically so that they will be able to assess, evaluate, synthesize, discern, create and problem solve scholarly individuals for the glory of God.
Through learning centers, small group instruction, hands-on manipulatives, role-playing, curriculum based field trips, science labs, collaborative learning activities, reading labs, technology and the most effective instructional strategies, our teachers will create a learning experience that will develop into a life-long passion of learning.
Learning at PCA exceeds beyond the classroom walls and textbooks. Experiencing, investigating, exploring, critical thinking and discovery are some of the everyday activities that engage students as they develop their minds.
We have a Christ-centered, standards-based curriculum at the Elementary, Middle School, and High level that encompasses a well-rounded course of study that prepares and equips students for success at the next level.
Building on the foundation with our well-rounded program, PCA students will engage themselves daily in the study of:
Bible (Daily lessons, prayer, weekly chapel)
Language Arts (reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary and spelling)
Social Studies (History, Culture & Economics)
Physical Education (Skill development and team activities)
